Once again, I realize I have been terribly remiss in my posting here. I don't really have any new excuses, just the same old tired ones . . . work + school = lack of time, plus nothing terribly interesting to post about. But today is special. Today is the day we give recognition to those wonderfu . . . (More)
My sincerest apologies for the absence. Lately I have not had much time for anything. Which actually sucks considering I've been off from school this week. But between prepping for finals, taking finals, attending a wedding, house sitting for my folks, a cousin's birthday party, and dealing with . . . (More)
I've been trying to avoid the fast food for a little while now. Unfortunately, today I succumbed to a burger & fries because of time constraints. I still find it completely amazing that people at these places can not do simple math. Handing over a $10 to pay for my $6.45 meal, the cashier acciden . . . (More)
I realize that it's been almost 2 weeks, and I have not updated or expanded upon what happened. Hopefully, you all understand. Partially, the silence has been due to lack of desire to post on the topic. Partially, it has been due to lack of time. But now here I am. I'm not exactly sure how disj . . . (More)
Dear Sis,
I know we've had our differences through the years--we've argued, we've disagreed, we've fought. But even through the worst of times, you have always been, and always shall be, my big sis. And while I know I never said it enough, I love you. And I will miss you.
R.I.P.

Well, not so much today. But yesterday was Easter, in case you hadn't noticed. Mine was okay, though nothing spectacular. Dinner with the family and such. There has been much too much chocolate around me lately (which is a problem because it doesn't hang around long). There are numerous people . . . (More)
Just a little update, since I had a more-interesting-than-usual weekend. On Saturday, after doing various boring household & yard chores, I decided to try once again to rectify the shirt situation. So, I wandered out to the store where I originally purchased said shirt (about a 30 minute drive, wh . . . (More)
As you have no doubt noticed, I've been blogging a lot less lately. Part of it is due to time. Or, rather, the lack thereof. Between work and school and trying to have something resembling a life, blogging is low down on the priority scale. As such, I've obviously taken to only blogging about th . . . (More)
Our final full day was a in many ways a bust, but in others not bad. Our original plan was to detour far into Germany and visit a particular town (the name of which escapes me currently) in order to see a museum dedicated to Medieval Crime & Punishment before heading up to Frankfurt for the night & . . .
